Qlicksmart Bladeflask Scalpel Removal System

The Qlicksmart BladeFLASK provides a simple, safer way to remove and contain used scalpel blades. Helping to prevent accidental injuries commonly sustained by removing blades with fingers, forceps or re-sheathing.

The design of the BladeFLASK allows the practitioner to easily remove scalpel blades using a single-handed technique, further reducing the prevalence of accidental sharps injury.

With an inbuilt shut-off mechanism that automatically activates after 100 blades have been removed there is no danger of overfilling. Once full, the container can be disposed of safely without any further exposure to sharps.

Improves patient safety, by enabling surgeons to use ergonomic precision steel scalpels. Improves staff safety, by ensuring the used scalpel blade is removed with a safe single-handed technique and then safely contained until final disposal. (NPC Code: KCP1000)
