Delivered to the wrong local adddress by DHL.

Delivered to the wrong local adddress who told the driver where we were but he simply drove off with the parcel which eventually arrived three days later. Good quality goods slightly cheaper than our other supplier and they did their best to correct matters so we are likely to reorder.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry about the issues you had with DHL. We understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly after the driver had been directed to the correct location.

We are pleased that you were happy with the quality and price of the goods, and appreciate your recognition of our efforts to resolve the problem. Thank you for your patience, and we hope your next delivery is much smoother.
