The Mepore® Non-Sterile Dressing Roll is a self-adhesive, absorbent wound dressing supplied in a 7cm x 5m roll, ideal for tailoring to individual wound sizes. Designed for use in general clinical environments, it's particularly suited to managing post-operative wounds and minor injuries with low to moderate exudate.

Made from soft, non-woven spunlace polyester, this dressing roll is breathable, flexible, and conforms easily to body contours for a secure and comfortable fit. The absorbent pad features a low-adherence contact layer, helping to minimise discomfort during dressing changes and reducing the risk of skin damage. It also acts as a barrier to fluid strike-through, keeping the wound environment cleaner for longer.

Its gentle, solvent-free polyacrylate adhesive provides reliable fixation without irritating the skin, making it suitable for repeated use where required. Supplied in a 5-metre roll, it can be easily cut to the length needed for cost-effective wound care.
