- Coverage area: UK mainland and Ireland, excluding the Highlands, Islands of Scotland, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man. Cover outside these areas is limited to parts only and a suitably qualified engineer must be arranged by the customer.
- Limited 12-month components: Certain components, including door seals, locks and keys, feet, shelves, power leads, plugs and door handles, are covered for 12 months from purchase.
- What is not covered: Consumable items, fair wear and tear, accidental or wilful damage, misuse, incorrect installation, inadequate cleaning, unauthorised repairs or parts and faults caused by abnormal storage or working conditions.
- Reporting a fault: Notify the manufacturer within 14 days of discovering the issue. The product code, serial number, proof of purchase, fault details and appliance location will be required.
- Installation and disconnection: Installation and disconnection costs are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Inspection charges: Standard service charges may apply where no fault is found or the issue falls outside the warranty terms.
