This means it is suitable for areas where explosive atmospheres are unlikely during normal operation but may occur briefly and infrequently. All external components are classified as being in a nonhazardous (safe) area and therefore do not require ATEX compliance. |

- What’s not covered: Consumables (e.g. bulbs, fuses, printer paper, batteries), fair wear and tear, accidental or wilful damage, misuse, incorrect installation, inadequate cleaning or descaling, unauthorised repairs or parts, and faults caused by abnormal site conditions.
