Clinell Clean Indicator Note Pads are green, paper-based cleaning indicator labels designed to show when reusable patient-contact equipment has been decontaminated and is ready for use. Each self-adhesive note records the date, time and name of the person responsible, giving clinical and care teams a clear visual record of completed cleaning.
Each pack contains four pads of 250 Clinell indicator notes, providing 1,000 labels in total. The no-residue adhesive allows completed notes to be attached in a visible position on equipment without leaving sticky residue after removal.
