BACTIGRAS™ Medicated Tulle Gras Dressings are specially designed to provide effective wound protection and reduce the risk of infection. These dressings consist of a gauze with a leno weave, impregnated with white soft paraffin BP and 0.5% chlorhexidine acetate BP. Proven to have antiseptic properties, BACTIGRAS™ helps minimise bacterial colonisation and supports healing by reducing the risk of infection.

Key Features:

• Antiseptic Properties: Contains 0.5% chlorhexidine acetate BP, proven effective against a range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative organisms, including MRSA.
• Promotes Exudate Passage: The open weave structure facilitates the movement of viscous exudate into an absorbent secondary dressing.
• Soothing and Protective: Soothes and protects the wound, minimising infection risk while aiding in the healing process.
• One-Piece Removal: Can be left in place for up to four days* and removed in one piece, reducing discomfort and risk of disruption to the wound.
• Versatile Use: Suitable for a variety of wounds including minor burns, lacerations, abrasions, and donor or recipient graft sites.

Indications: BACTIGRAS™ is designed for use in wounds at risk of infection or for infected wounds in conjunction with systemic antibacterials. Ideal for minor burns, scalds, lacerations, abrasions, and skin loss wounds, as well as graft sites.
