Collection: Pre-Filled Saline Syringes

Our pre-filled saline syringes range provides ready to use 0.9% sodium chloride solution for flushing compatible intravenous lines and vascular access devices in line with local protocols. These single use devices help standardise line maintenance, reduce on-ward preparation time and minimise the risk of contamination associated with manually drawn saline flushes.

The collection includes sterile saline flush syringes in typical 3 ml, 5 ml and 10 ml volumes, commonly presented in a 10 ml syringe format for controlled flushing pressure. Options include syringes with a sterile fluid path for use outside the sterile field and externally sterile pre-filled saline syringes that can be placed directly onto a sterile field where required. This allows you to select an appropriate normal saline flush or irrigation option for routine line care, procedures and treatment rooms.

These pre-filled saline syringes use compatible needle free or Luer type connectors for secure attachment to vascular access devices, supporting closed system practice and consistent flushing technique.
