This appliance is supplied with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty (parts & labour) from Glen Dimplex Home Appliances Ltd.
- Coverage area: UK mainland and Ireland (excludes Highlands, Islands of Scotland, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man). Outside these areas, cover is parts only; you’ll need a suitably qualified engineer to attend.
- What’s not covered: Consumables (e.g. bulbs, fuses, printer paper, batteries), fair wear and tear, accidental or wilful damage, misuse, incorrect installation, inadequate cleaning or descaling, unauthorised repairs or parts, and faults caused by abnormal site conditions.
- Reporting a fault: Notify the manufacturer within 14 days of discovering an issue. You’ll be asked for the product code, serial number, proof of purchase, a brief fault description, and the appliance location.
- Inspection charges: If no fault is found, or the issue falls outside warranty, standard service charges may apply.
