Outstanding customer service

I ordered some products on the advice of a podiatrist, the website was easy to use and clear, prompt email communication about acceptance and dispatch (which was very quick) of my order.
The parcel was due to be delivered by DHL- however it seemed to have got lost in a DHL black hole!
I contacted Jade in customer service about the missing order, she chased DHL several times about my order. In the end she processed a replacement order which has been delivered within 48 hours.
Throughout the process Jade kept me informed by email and phone calls.
I wouldn’t hesitate to order from this company again, the excellent price of the products and outstanding customer service when something went wrong is impressive.
