UK & Republic of Ireland Deliveries

Delivery charges for orders under £125.00 for delivery to mainland UK addresses start from £4.25. Orders over £125.00 are carriage free*.

International Deliveries

Carriage will be charged on all orders shipped outside of Mainland UK.  Deliveries outside of the UK will be sent using the most economical service available.

European Deliveries

Prices stated in checkout are based on consignments of up to 30kg in weight. Any item being shipped over this will be subject to further costs. 

Should additional carriage charges and/or shipment fees need to be applied, we will contact you after you place your order with further information.

Customs Charges

We courier European parcels via Parcelforce on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) service, meaning you are required to pay the relevant customs duty, excise duty, and import VAT on your parcel prior to delivery. Please check with your local customs authority for more information.

Worldwide Deliveries

Our default cost is £54.95 which will cover items up to 2kg in weight. Any item being shipped over 2kg in weight will be subject to further costs. 

Should additional carriage charges and/or shipment fees need to be applied, we will contact you after you place your order with further information.

Tracking Your Order

When your order has been dispatched using a tracked service, you will receive an email &/ SMS with the details you have provided from Parcelforce with your tracking information.

Order Dispatches

Our aim is to dispatch your order as soon as it is complete. If your order is placed before 2 pm on workdays, we will endeavour to have it dispatched the same day if all items are in stock. Orders placed after 2pm or on Weekends & Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day if your order is complete.

Direct from Supplier Products**

Some products displayed on our site are not held in stock and will instead be ordered and shipped directly from the supplier/manufacturer. Estimated delivery times are displayed on the product page next to the product status.

Please be aware that the estimated delivery time is not a guarantee and may vary depending on stock availability.

Backorders**

There may be some items that we do not hold in stock, this may be due to selling irregularities, items too large and/or expensive items such as medical refrigerators.

We have close working relationships with our suppliers where we receive regular deliveries of goods which allow us to fulfil backorders usually within a few days.

If you require a more accurate delivery time, please contact us.

Part Dispatches**

It is our policy to deliver orders when they are complete where possible. If your item is not in stock you will receive a message at checkout.

We received regular deliveries from our supplier networks which allows us to receive backordered items into stock within a few days.

If your order is on backorder and you would like to arrange a part dispatch, please contact us.

Problems With Your Delivery

Our dedicated warehouse team strive to ensure all parcels are packaged appropriately to ensure damage does not occur during transit, however, we appreciate damage during transit can happen.
