Does Premier Healthcare & Hygiene have a shop?
 
No we don’t have a shop, but you are welcome to call in to our warehouse and make a purchase during our normal working hours.

DELIVERY
 
How long does delivery take?
 
Goods that are in stock usually arrive within 2 working days to mainland UK addresses.   Non-Stock lines, goods that are sent directly from the manufacturer and deliveries outside mainland UK will take a little longer.  If we are unable to dispatch your goods immediatley we will contact you to advise of any delays.  In some cases where goods are sent direct from a manufacturer you may be contacted to arrange delivery.  Please contact us on 0191 4611 788 to check delivery times before placing an order.
 
Do I need to sign for my order?
 
Yes a signature will be required for all deliveries.
 
What if I am out when my item is delivered?
 
All deliveries will require a signature.  
 
Deliveries to business premises;
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card asking you to contact them to re-arrange the delivery at a convenient time.
 
Deliveries to residential addresses (UK addresses only.  Procedures in other countries may vary);
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will first try to leave the goods with a neighbour (Unless specifically asked not to do so).  If this option is not possible the goods will be taken back to the ParcelForce depot for re-delivery the following day, or if there is a Post Office in the area and the goods are not bulky the goods will be taken here for collection at your convenience.  A card will be left in all situations giving details of the parcel's location and a telephone number should you have any queries.
 
 
Where do you deliver?
 
Premier Healthcare can deliver goods worldwide.  If you are outside the EU and would like to place an order, please contact us by email at sales@premierhh.co.uk with your requirements and one of our team will respond with pricing and accurate shipping costs.   Goods supplied outside of the EU will only be accepted with payment by Bank Transfer.
 
Do you offer timed deliveries?
 
Yes, we can offer a timed delivery for customers with the UK and Republic of Ireland.  Please call us on 0191 4611 788 for more details.
 
What are your delivery charges?
 
Delivery is free on all orders over £125 to mainland UK addresses.  Orders under this value will have a small order charge of £6.45.  Deliveries outside mainland UK will be subject to a surcharge.  For more details about our carriage charges please refer to our delivery information page.
 
 
PAYMENT
 
What payment methods does Premier Healthcare & Hygiene Ltd accept?
 
We currently accept online payment by all major credit and debit cards including American Express, Mastercard & Visa.  Alternatively you can pay by PayPal or cheque by selecting the relavent payment method at the checkout.   We also accept bank transfers.  Please contact us on 0191 4611 788 for details.
 
Do you take payment over the phone?
 
Yes you can make payment over the phone.  For security reasons we can only ship orders placed over the phone to the cardholders address.
 
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
 
Premier Healthcare & Hygiene Ltd takes security of your details very seriously.  We the latest SSL technology provided through our payment partners SagePay and Streamline to keep your payment details safe during the transaction and we do not store your card details after the transaction is complete.
 
Will I have to pay any duties or taxes?
 
Orders shipped outside of the UK will be VAT Exempt with the exception of carriage which is chargeable at the standard UK rate of 20%.  Please be aware that local customs and taxes may be applicable to your order and these are not included in your invoice. 
 
Can I set up a credit account?
 
If you are a Public Authority, NHS establishment, GP Surgery, Private Hospital Group, or registered practitioner we will happily open an immediate 30 day account on receipt of an official purchase order.  We accept orders via e-mail to sales@premierhh.co.uk via fax on 0191 4611 788, via telephone on 0191 4611 788. ORDERING
 
Do I need to set up an account with Premier Healthcare to place an order?
 
No, you can place an order without creating an account.  However, by creating an account you can save time at the checkout, you can view and print your past orders and we will send you discount codes and details of special offers.
 
I've forgotten my password, what should I do?
 
If you have forgotten your password, click the "My Account" link at the top right of your screen.  Click the "Forgot Your Password" link and enter your email address in the text box and click the "Submit" button.  If you have previously set up an account you will recieve an email containing a link allowing you to reset your password.  Follow the instructions on the email and reset your password.  If your email address is not recognised you do not have an account and may have ordered previously without registering.  You should now be able to log-in to your account.  You can change your password again when you have logged in by using the "Change password" link found on your account dashboard.
 
I am unable to log into my account, what should I do?
 
If you have tried to re-set your password (and have received a confirmation email) and are still having problems please call us on 0191 4611 788 or email us via sales@premierhh.co.uk
 
Is my personal information kept private?
 
Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential at all times.  To register for an account at Premier Healthcare & Hygiene Ltd we will need to know your name, address, telephone number and email address.  In addition, when placing an order we will need a credit card number with expiration date and 2CV number (last 3 digits on the signature strip).   We keep address, telephone and email details purely for the purposes of sending orders and communication and do not share, rent or sell your private information under any circumstances.  All credit card information is passed directly to our payment processing partner, Streamline and are not stored by Premier Healthcare & Hygiene ltd.
 
How do I make a purchase?
 
It's easy to place an order with us. Once you have found the product you would like to purchase:
 
Click "Add to Cart" to put the item straight into your shopping basket.  You can then review the items in your shopping basket and go to the checkout or continue shopping.  To remove items simply click REMOVE to the right of the product description.  Finally click "Start Checkout" to complete your order.
